Conference hosted by Wincanton Graduates
Bis Henderson Group are delighted to support a conference aimed at Future Leaders of logistics. The conference includes talks on a range of topics such as Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion and Building a Career. Andy Kaye – CEO, Bis Henderson Group will be joining the Building a Career panel and Leigh Anderson – Managing Director, Bis Henderson Recruitment will be joining the Diversity & Inclusion panel, where they will share their advice and knowledge about working in the industry.
Attracting new talent is pivotal to the future development of the sector and inspiring the next generation to learn more about our fantastic profession is crucial. Bis Henderson has for many years worked hard to provide opportunities for young people.
In 2013 we conceived and launched the Novus Trust university scheme which to-date has provided roles to over 250 graduates in our profession.
Earlier this year we proudly started a partnership with Generation Logistics which is a government backed scheme to help young people consider a career in the industry. I look forward to speaking at this event.

All proceeds from ticket sales will be going to the Prince’s Trust, supporting vulnerable young people across the UK with the skills to live, learn, and earn whilst building their confidence to create a better future through education, employment, and enterprise courses.
