Leigh Anderson is a highly experienced executive recruitment specialist, known for his long-standing success in placing senior leadership talent across supply chain, logistics, and procurement. Over the course of his career, he has delivered hundreds of executive search assignments across the UK, Europe, and Asia – building a strong network of industry leaders and a clear understanding of the evolving demands of supply chain leadership.

Leigh’s career spans international markets, including a period in Australia where he managed the Sydney office of the country’s largest executive recruitment firm. On returning to the UK, he established and ran a specialist recruitment consultancy for over a decade, before joining Bis Henderson Recruitment as Managing Director.

He specialises in recruiting logistics directors, supply chain leaders, managing directors and CEOs, with a focus on matching leadership capability to organisational ambition. Leigh is also a frequent contributor to industry discussion on issues like talent shortages, executive hiring strategy, and diversity in supply chain leadership.

Outside of work, Leigh is a passionate performer and long-time theatre enthusiast – having appeared in numerous stage productions and, memorably, a Costa Rican TV soap opera.
