Jennie began her early career managing parcel freight for the likes of Yodel, City Link and Federal Express. After 10 years working operationally, Jennie made the move into recruitment where she’s enjoyed a successful career for over 20 years. With Jennie’s extensive knowledge of the industry, she specialises in placing mid-senior management level roles, and uses her experience from both sides of the fence to support the rest of the team with their searches. Jennie also manages all new candidate registrations which keeps her abreast of the ever-evolving talent pool available to us – those insights are invaluable to the whole team, especially when it comes to fresh talent entering the industry.
Alongside all her recruitment duties, Jennie is also Bis Henderson’s GDPR Officer, so ‘compliance’ is her middle name!
When Jennie has a minute to spare after juggling all of the above, she likes to keep fit and enjoys walking and gardening. Jennie also loves good food and loves to be in the kitchen cooking up a storm.
