Eithne (pronounced Et-na) began her early career working in large distribution operations and worked her way up through the ranks to Head of Distribution for the likes of Warner Brothers and The Entertainment Network. With over 17 years’ operational experience under her belt, Eithne decided to turn her skill-set to recruitment and has been successfully doing so for over 13 years. She has built up a strong network of candidates and clients and utilises her wide pool of connections to help her find the perfect fit when recruiting for middle-senior management roles. Eithne’s client portfolio includes some of the UK’s leading retail and distribution businesses and she has been instrumental in the delivery of some of our largest recruitment projects.
Eithne’s expertise both operationally and in supply chain and logistics recruitment, means she really understands her client’s requirements and utilises her experience when searching for the perfect candidate. Eithne also uses her knowledge to support other Consultants with their searches and helps to develop the overall skill-set of the team. As Head of Permanent Recruitment, Eithne leads from the front and ensures the team stays motivated as well as focussing on specialist permanent recruitment searches for her own clients.
Family life is very important to Eithne, and she tries to get back home to the ‘Emerald Isle’ to visit her friends and family as often as she can.
