Charlie joined Bis Henderson Recruitment in 2021 bringing over 20 years of experience with him. Initially, Charlie worked for leading recruiters in the Property & Real Estate sectors but diversified into Technical Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Automotive to name but a few. For the last 10 years Charlie ran his own Recruitment business, having accumulated vast experience in online talent attraction, contingent recruitment and executive search assignments at varying levels. In his current role at Bis Henderson, Charlie is working with a range of clients to deliver top quality Supply Chain talent with a client-led approach, adding value to the businesses he works with. In his spare time, Charlie is a proud father to an 11 year old daughter. A Keen supporter of the mighty Northampton Saints rugby team and he also plays golf to a variable standard!
