Location: North Acton
Salary: £35,000 + benefits
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Summary:
This fast paced e-commerce retailer requires an experienced Team Leader to take responsibility for managing a team responsible for the operations in their warehouse including picking, packing, goods in, quality control and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and lead a team across the warehouse/fulfilment functions
- Maintain and promote high standards of Health and Safety
- Contribute and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and monitor time/attendance, performance and the well being of the team
- Formulate operational plans
Key Skills/Experience:
- Previous leadership experience from either an eCommerce, retail or multi-channel environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to organise and adapt plans quickly in a fast changing environment
- Analytical with the ability to interpret data
A track record of delivering continuous improvement projects (including lean techniques)
