Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + commission (£35k-40k OTE)
Our client is a worldwide leader in their field. They provide workshops as part of the education curriculum to millions of children worldwide.
They currently have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their team. The role will be focused on engaging with schools across the UK. The role involves no cold calling and is purely focused on working with clients (schools) to provide them with all of the necessary support to ensure that their bookings are fulfilled.
By responding to targeted marketing, the school has already demonstrated a high level of interest. Your job will be to contact the relevant person and advise them on the correct solution for their needs.
This is not a typical high-volume call centre environment but instead is a professional, supportive organisation who want to develop their staff.
- Converting warm enquiries into confirmed workshop bookings through consistent, professional outbound sales calls.
- Identifying opportunities to sell new workshops to clients that have been sold to in the past.
- Handle incoming sales based calls and emails.
- Promote new workshops and other courses by upselling during client interaction.
- Handle the necessary administration of bookings once the sale has been agreed.
- Meet KPI’s and targets set out and report on activity on a weekly basis.
- A background in telephone based sales or marketing roles.
- A professional, polite and friendly telephone manner
- Resilient, tenacious and able to work through a consistent number of sales calls on a daily basis.
- Organised, personable and with a strong work ethic.
- As the role will be home based, you must be able to self-motivate and take accountability for your own outputs.
