Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Business Development and Sales Consultant to work for a fast-growing company operating within the Fuel sector. The role focuses on nurturing and developing lasting business relationships to improve yield with existing Clients while also seeking to attract new customers at every possible opportunity. The ideal candidate will have an strong sales background, able to demonstrate measurable results in terms of bringing new business to a company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs and successfully develop business
Use a variety of sales methods, including cold calling, networking, social media, and recommendations to seek out new sales opportunities
Set up and attend meetings with potential and existing Clients to understand their needs and concerns
Conduct frequent reviews and reports with Sales and Financial data, to monitor Client performance, volumes and satisfaction
Negotiate and close deals with new Clients
Participate in exhibitions and conferences, representing the Company
Key Skills/Experience:
Strong, prior experience in Sales
To be a natural relationship builder, with confident networking skills
Competent using systems and Sales reporting packages
A goal-orientated mind-set
A full Driving Licence – Travel to customer visits is essential.
