Louise Ruffles is an experienced recruitment consultant with a background in national and international procurement recruitment, and a strong track record of managing mid-to-senior level interim and permanent recruitment projects. She works across the procurement and supply chain landscape, supporting clients with full-team hiring – from buyer through to executive-level appointments.

Originally focused on procurement, Louise broadened her remit after moving to a business with end-to-end supply chain specialisms. This gave her a deeper understanding of how functions interconnect – and how to align talent with operational and strategic goals across disciplines.

Louise brings a global network of candidates and clients, built over years of working with multinational businesses and leading large-scale recruitment projects, often within the context of complex procurement transformation programmes. Known for her technical knowledge and thoughtful, relationship-led approach, she works closely with businesses to ensure cultural alignment as well as capability in every hire.
