Laura Butler is an accomplished recruitment leader with a strong track record in building and leading high-performing recruitment practices. With deep expertise in both contingent recruitment and executive search, Laura has spent much of her career specialising in management and board-level appointments across logistics, supply chain, and business support services.

Known for her strategic, delivery-focused approach, Laura has been instrumental in designing and implementing recruitment strategies that drive long-term value for clients. She’s recognised for her calm confidence, ability to get things done, and instinct for knowing when to move fast – and when to pause for fit. Her ability to connect top-tier talent with ambitious organisations makes her a vital part of the Bis Henderson Recruitment team.

Laura is also a key voice within the team – supporting colleagues with guidance, structure, and insight that helps drive quality and consistency across the board.

Outside of work, Laura is the team’s resident sportswoman. A long-time field hockey player, she also plays the uniquely Sussex sport of Stoolball; a lively and team-driven game that reflects her natural competitiveness and discipline.
