She began her career in large-scale distribution operations, rising through the ranks to hold senior leadership roles with major names like Warner Brothers and The Entertainment Network.

With extensive frontline experience in retail and distribution, Eithne made the move into recruitment, where she has built a reputation for precision, professionalism, and an instinctive understanding of what makes a successful placement. She specialises in recruiting for middle to senior management roles, drawing on a strong network of industry contacts to consistently find the right fit for both clients and candidates.

Eithne has led some of the company’s largest and most complex permanent recruitment projects, particularly for leading UK retailers and distribution businesses. While she heads up permanent recruitment, she also continues to support clients with interim hiring needs – offering flexibility and continuity where it’s needed most. She plays a key role in mentoring and supporting consultants across the business, sharing her experience, insight, and empathy to help others grow in their roles. Her leadership style is grounded in visibility, empathy, and consistency – motivating her team through both example and encouragement, and making sure that success is shared, and support is felt.
