Chloe Wright began her career in Hospitality Management with Virgin Active, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, communication, and relationship-building. Driven by a desire to take on a new challenge, she made the leap into recruitment – joining the Bis Henderson Recruitment team.

Chloe now recruits across a range of roles within supply chain and logistics, with a focus on permanent recruitment, bringing a consultative, candidate-first approach to every assignment. With a keen understanding of how critical every hire is, she approaches each search with care, attention to detail, and a high standard of service – qualities shaped by mentoring and collaboration across the wider team.

She’s known for her analytical mindset, her ability to stay committed even when the recruitment process gets tough, and her drive to create real impact through her work. Her goal is always to align individual aspirations with business needs, creating placements that last, because they work for clients and candidates and deliver long-term success for both sides.

Her work is supported by a collaborative team culture, where she continues to learn from senior consultants with different strengths and approaches – developing a well-rounded, thoughtful style of her own.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys keeping active with gym sessions and Pilates, shopping and spending quality time socialising with friends and family.
