With a background spanning both operational logistics and full-cycle recruitment, Brooklyn brings a practical, real-world understanding to every brief. Having worked directly within logistics operations, including leading large warehouse teams and coordinating transport activity, he understands how roles function in practice – not just on paper. He draws on this experience to assess candidate suitability, challenge briefs where needed, and support more informed hiring decisions.

Brooklyn is known for his adaptable, grounded approach. Having worked across different environments, he’s able to quickly understand the specific demands of each role and the priorities of both clients and candidates.
