Louise has worked in recruitment for over 15 years both nationally and internationally, with a specialism in placing procurement roles. Since joining Bis Henderson, Louise has developed her skill-set to include searches across all disciplines of the supply chain and beyond and now also recruits for roles outside of procurement too – giving her an even better understanding of the supply chain as a whole. Using her extensive global network of both candidates and clients, and her strong technical understanding of the procurement space, Louise is able to secure the best performers in the field, and ensures they are the perfect cultural fit for her client.
Louise now manages mid to senior level interim and permanent recruitment projects, utilising her experience of managing large scale recruitment project co-ordination for multi-national clients, with international procurement transformation programmes.
Louise is also SHL Level A & B qualified for psychometric assessment, so manages the numerical and verbal assessments we hold on behalf of our clients.
Outside of work, Louise regularly attends Jazzercise (aerobics and dance combined) and Pilates classes, she loves to bake and enjoys spending time with her family.
