Understanding your needs:Through discussion, we build an in-depth picture of the assignment and agree detailed job and person specifications, to meet your timescales
Shortlist: Generally, a shortlist of three candidates is put forward for client assessment and interview selection
Appointment:Bis Henderson Recruitment enters into agreements with both the client and the interim manager
Review:Once an interim manager has been placed, we conduct performance and progress reviews both face-to-face and over the phone with the client and manager to ensure the assignment is a complete success
Unless previously agreed, there will be no charges until a candidate is appointed (the initial research is at our expense). We have a policy of commercial transparency between clients and candidates and ensure we pay our interims to the agreed terms.
Professional indemnity: All of our interim managers have established limited companies and have professional indemnity insurance. If an interim manager does not have sufficient professional indemnity, Bis Henderson can provide this through our own policy.
Rates: Ordinarily we agree a day rate with the client and a day rate with the candidate, with the difference being our margin
Expenses: These are charged as incurred and go direct to the candidate with no margin added.
