THE CHALLENGE:
Recruitment in this field can be challenging due to relevant skill-set required and talent availability.
THE SOLUTION & OUTCOME:
Following a deep-dive into candidate skill-set requirements, we took an alternative approach to the conventional advertising methods; directly approaching candidates with transferrable skills from alternative industries to find the best fit for our client. The first role (Operations Manager) was filled within a two-week period, the second (Assistant Operations Manager) within a four-week period.
** Both candidates promoted to more senior positions (Head of Operations & Operations Manager) within a six-month period.
