A growing homeware online retailer experienced a surge in business, and needed to find a suitable candidate to drive the business change required. We worked with the Managing Director to develop a job profile for a specialist in ‘.com’ retailing, and found the perfect fit – placing the Operations Director four weeks from the initial enquiry.
