THE CHALLENGE:
Having seen an uplift in volume and slower turn around times due to COVID restrictions and social distancing guidelines – Headlam identified a requirement for an Operations expert to help the day-to-day operations, look at processes and increase through-put.
THE SOLUTION & OUTCOME:
We worked closely with the Senior Manager to provide a Fixed Term Contract solution at pace – initial contact to candidate placement was just under a three week period.
