Warehouse Manager.
Based in the Bristol area. Base salary £55,000-£60,000 plus package.
This is a medium-sized logistics company with a mix of operations covering manufacturing, and distribution.
The company has a substantial national network and operates on behalf of a wide spectrum of manufacturers clients and suppliers.
In this role you will provide leadership to a business that is going through a period of transition and be able to implement best practice working solutions. This is very much an operationally focused position; one that will require you to dig deep into the daily activities of the business, whilst also developing a road map for a new direction. Client relationships are strong, and the company has a loyal customer base, but you will be required to work closely with 3PL partners to drive efficiencies and solidify these relationships.
The company needs an individual with considerable experience at Senior Management level who has a very strong experience in managing a manual pick, pack and ship operation. Must be very commercially aware. Must have manged teams of 100+
