This exciting logistics and delivery business have 3 locations in the UK but right now, they are seeking a dynamic, dedicated and professional Telephone Engagement Consultant to join their Commercial team and help them develop relationships with existing customers and new customers and help increase their market share and revenue growth targets. You will ensure that the sale process and client on-boarding requirements happen seamlessly.
You will be comfortable and thrive in a fast paced environment and be happy speaking to cold and warm clients on a daily basis as part of your role. A professional attitude and a natural flair for consultative selling is needed along with the ability to analyse and source data to help develop the sales pipeline. Updating CRM systems with all activity of course is part of the role to ensure great housekeeping and organisation of sales information.
You will have proven experience and success in inside sales and happy working in a target driven environment with excellent communication skills, able to converse professionally with clients at all levels. Happy and confident in cold calling roles to generate new clients and have first class time management and organisational skills.
The business may require you to attend events and client meetings so good face to face business experience will be valuable as well.
If you have experience in the logistics market place this of course will be highly desirable but ultimately your experience in a similar role, your commitment and positive attitude are the key areas our client is looking for in a chosen candidate
