The business has an existing, high performing sales team and internal promotion has created the need to hire a Sales Team Manager to run the commercial operation.
You will manage the current team and be tasked with growing the operation and hiring new staff. The culture of the business is highly dynamic, creative, entrepreneurial and fun. You will develop new initiatives in order to motivate and drive the team to even higher levels of performance, and develop their skill sets.
Your background will include substantial experience of managing sales teams – this could be in I a variety of industries – recruitment, telesales, call centre or B2B. Specific industry experience is unimportant; more critical is your ability to manage, motivate and grow a high performing team.
