This role requires an energetic, driven and charismatic leader who will deliver the one2one engagement of staff, have the ability to improve a P&L and excel in service solutions by delivering the basics excellently through knowing how to influence the results and make necessary changes to deliver improvement through people and numbers. You will provide support to multiple Distribution Centre Managers in the North supporting their commercial development and securing the best solutions to maximise their sites performances. You will need to have a proven background in a logistics network environment and be able to build, develop and lead high performing teams across multiple sites. You will hold full P&L responsibility and be familiar with costing models for profitability and new business. This role would suit a innovative and strategic, client centric individual who can work collaboratively with internal teams to manage service levels and be able to grow the business. Significant network logistics solutions experience is required and knowledge of running fleets of multi temperature vehicles would be desirable.
