It operates a large logistics estate with a mix of 3PL and own-operated sites, plus a large transport network. In this role you will manage the central region of this business with a number of dedicated warehousing operations.
Your primary focus will be staff engagement. The company has an excellent reputation for the quality of its relationships with all staff and has a most positive culture. Its is vital that continue this good work, while bringing your own ideas and initiatives to the table.
There is a clear succession plan for this individual so it is important that you possess the ambition and ability to move beyond this position in time.
Your background will be in multi-site distribution, ideally with multi-channel retail experience.
