Quality Manager – Corporate Communications
This role requires an experienced quality assurance manager to ensure that high levels of quality and service are maintained throughout all their communications. You will oversee all commercial contracts to ensure they are of a consistent and high standard, maintained, updated and distributed correctly. You will also be the lead for tender and bid responses and co-ordinate the completion of bid/tender/RFI/RFQs for submission within agreed time frames. Responsible for maintaining the company’s QMS ensuring it conforms to customer, internal and ISO 9001 regulatory and legal requirements. A proven track record of structuring and producing high level corporate documents such as reports, quality manual documentation including procedures and communications material is required as is a high level of organisational, analytical, communication and a proficient MS office user. Project management experience and qualifications would be beneficial as would knowledge of logistics/distribution.
