Our client requires a commercially sound, innovative and strategic professional with a continuous improvement mind set to head up their UK Quality team. You will require extensive experience of working in a Quality/Regulatory environment and be able to drive and embed a quality culture throughout every level of the organisation. It is essential that applicants come from a pharmaceutical or Medical Technology environment with a comprehensive knowledge of pharma product storage conditions, environmental monitoring and GDP legislation. You will be required to develop and improve the QMS and be able to engage with all colleagues to instil a change management and quality culture.
This is a hybrid role combining working from home and office based so location is flexible.
