Working at one of its flagship sites you will report directly to the site General Manager and work as their deputy and have full accountability for the operation on a daily basis.
It operates in behalf of a number of clients and you will be able to balance resource in order to meet demanding and variable orders and customer demands.
The company has a reputation for developing and looking after its people, and it is important that you are a forward thinking, progressive leader with high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to drive and motive a large team of 200+ staff.
Also important is the ambition to move into more senior positions. Ideally you will have multi-client management experience.
