Our client are a forward thinking global logistics service provider who has a primary customer which specialises in electronics/electrical products. They have a requirement for a Logistics Planner and the purpose of the role is to build in best practices within the operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods on both inbound and outbound operations.
Primarily focusing on Transport Operations, the successful candidate will work closely with the supply chain team to maintain efficiency by fully utilising delivery vehicles, and ensuring that they achieve the maximum consolidation on each vehicle.
Our client are looking for an intelligent and experienced candidate who can pick up their systems quickly and efficiently to help get product out on time and to their required destinations. A confident personality, excellent communicator who can integrate into the team, provide good knowledge and experience so the team runs smoothly and efficiently. Proven track record of implementing good administration methods, and analysing logistics operations.
