It needs to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager for one of its specialist divisions. You will manage a portfolio of customers which represent good proportion of its revenue base. These customers are a mix of manufacturers, retailers and specialist distributors, and all have unique dynamics which require an intelligent but personal approach to account management.
Day to day, you will build close relationships with your clients, manage and resolve operational queries, review all KPIs and provide timely management reports.
Your background will be in Account Management and some experience of logistics is essential. Working for a larger business will give you further opportunities for career development, so ideally you will have the ambition and capability to progress into more senior roles in the future.
