We are looking for 2 Hub Sortation Team Leaders to join a highly regulated, customer centric distribution company in their new facility in Lutterworth. You will report directly to the Night Hub Sortation Manager and provide first line management to the team of between 30 – 50 staff. This will involve the smooth running of the detail driven processing of temperature controlled parcels ready to be delivered to the final customer via their Depot network. You therefore need experience in managing, leading and motivating a high performing team within a multi-skilled operation and have knowledge of automated sortation equipment from a fast paced environment. Adherence to regulatory requirements is paramount and therefore previous experience of working in temperature controlled compliant sectors such as food or pharma distribution would be very desirable.
You will be required to work any 5 out of 7 days and the two shifts available are either 16.00 – 00.00 or 20.00 – 04.00.
