The team is growing and a further experienced Supply Chain professional is needed to join the team in Rugby.
The Category team are well rounded in their experience, managing demand planning, producing accurate forecasts and managing supplier relationships. The Category available is for finished goods not currently manufactured in house but if you have manufacturing experience, this would be advantageous to allow the Supply Chain team to have a broadly skilled, flexible work force.
We expect you to be highly analytical with advanced Excel skills, an experienced user of modern ERP systems in particular forecasting tools, able to build excellent relationships with your supplier base and also some experience of sourcing and looking for new suppliers, particularly in Asia, would be great to have in your tool kit.
The business has a healthy order book moving into 2021 and is ambitious about continued year on year growth. The team are stable, collaborative and the business creates an excellent working environment for all of its employees.
