Account Manager – FMCG
£45,000 + additional benefits
We are working on behalf of a leading, well established 3PL business and looking to appoint an Account Manager. As the main point of contact for the customer, the key purpose of this role is to manage the relationship between the customer and the distribution business, ensuring health and safety and service delivery operates within the scope of the contract, monitoring, reporting and acting on variations in standards and/or volumes, in a timely manner. Ensure commercial assumptions and annual budget is delivered within scope of responsibility.
You will have an account management background within the 3PL industry, with experience of managing large corporate (£m+ revenue) accounts, with a FMCG bias. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, strengthen existing relationships and influence at all levels. You will have experience of leading teams and delivering operational excellence and a strong, credible reputation.
