3PL Contract Manager
£55K – £65K + additional benefits

Our client are a forward thinking global logistics service provider who in the UK has a primary customer which specialises in electronics/electrical products. They are looking to appoint an Operations Account Manager, where you will manage the relationship with the 3PL they have outsourced their logistics to.
To be considered for this role you need to have previous experience of managing operational performance in line with agreed service level agreement, proven experience managing key 3PL relationships, managing planning and coordination of seasonal events & peak operations. You will prepare weekly summaries and monthly reports to internal stakeholders, short term and long-term forecasts with support of other resources in the team. A strong understanding of a direct-to-consumer or B2B operation having worked for a retailer or brand.
