Salary: £95,000 – £120,000 + car allowance
Summary:
This is an fast growth business with activities in ecommerce and B2C distribution. The company is operating very successfully, currently profitable and operates in a high growth sector of the market that is at the forefront of their particular market. In this position you will manage a a multi site operation (all in the NW) covering with overall responsibility the Logistics operations and the change programmes in place.
The emphasis of the role is change. The Business is going through huge operational and cultural change. The role requires you to have automated site experience. Areas of initial focus will be site transfers, WMS understanding and implementation. Lean management and highly resilient as the challenge is a big one!
