Location: Halstead, Essex
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing e-commerce fulfilment company based in Essex. You will be supporting the Finance Director with a variety of accounts and administrative duties in a fast paced and customer focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily updating of spreadsheets and records
- Processing Supplier invoices
- Allocating PO numbers
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Reconciling proof of delivery records
- General admin and reception duties
Key Skills/Experience:
- Sage 50 accounts or similar accounting software knowledge
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible attitude and willing to assist.
