Bis Henderson Recruitment will not present candidates unless we’re confident they have the necessary attributes, experience and skills you are looking for.
If a candidate meets the criteria, we request an up to date CV prior to a first interview with us. At interview we establish and reaffirm their relevant experience, knowledge, man management or people skills, personality traits and style. Competency-based interview techniques further challenge their experience. We are always mindful that the role needs to be right for both candidate and client.
References are generally taken at the final interview stage to avoid unnecessary approaches that could have a negative impact on the candidate’s current employment situation.
